Shooters fire alternately, one shot at a time. Registration and the conduct of firing are supervised by the Range Officer (RO). Exceeding the time limit or repeatedly delaying the relay may result in a penalty at the discretion of the Range Officer.
Upon completion of the relay, shooters will be replaced by the next pair.
Maximum planned relay changeover time: 10 minutes.
After all relays of the first match have been completed, a second match will follow under the same conditions.
After all relays have been completed, the first competition day will end.

The match will be conducted using the CFCA V2 shooting system with ShotMarker electronic target systems.

In order to ensure equal conditions for all competitors, the use of any electronic devices providing information related to weather conditions, ballistics, or ammunition performance is prohibited on the firing line during scored strings.
The following devices are specifically prohibited:
weather meters (e.g. Kestrel),
ballistic calculators,
mobile phones, tablets, and laptops running ballistic or weather-related applications,
chronographs and projectile velocity measuring devices (e.g. Garmin Xero, Labradar, MagnetoSpeed),
applications and devices used for wind reading or wind analysis,
any other electronic devices providing information that may assist the competitor during firing.
The following are permitted:
the use of a timer or stopwatch,
the use of a tablet provided by the match organizer for operation of the ShotMarker electronic target system.
The use of chronographs and other measuring devices is permitted only during the Fouling / Zeroing period, provided that their use does not interfere with the conduct of the match or range safety.
Wind flags provided by the organizer will be positioned along the entire length of the range. The placement of the wind flags will be identical for all competitors and is intended to ensure equal conditions for wind observation throughout the competition.
The use of personal wind indicators, ribbons, flags, or any other devices placed on the range is prohibited without prior approval from the match organizer.
Match officials may inspect compliance with these rules at any time. Violation of these provisions may result in penalties or disqualification from the competition.

In addition, competitors should bring any number of rounds required for Fouling / Zeroing before each scoring relay.

The competition will be conducted using ShotMarker electronic target systems.
For scoring purposes, the dimensions and scoring zones of the ICFRA F-Class 800 and 1000 Yard targets will be used. Shot values will be determined by the ShotMarker system in accordance with these target specifications.

The maximum match capacity is 60 competitors.
The capacity has been determined based on the number of available ShotMarker systems, the CFCA V2 shooting format, and the planned match schedule.
The organizer reserves the right to adjust the match capacity according to the number of available ShotMarker systems and organizational requirements.

If the match capacity is not reached, registration may be extended until 15 August 2026.
Registration becomes valid only after payment of the entry fee.
After the entry fee has been received and confirmed by the organizer, the competitor's registration will be automatically confirmed.
Confirmation of registration can be verified in the Registered Shooters List, which is continuously updated on the competition website.
Until payment has been confirmed, the registration remains provisional and participation in the competition is not guaranteed.
The entry fee must be paid within 14 days of registration.
If payment is not received within the specified period, the registration may be cancelled and the place offered to another competitor.
Once capacity has been reached, additional applicants will be placed on a waiting list.
Competitors from the waiting list will be admitted in registration order if:
a registered competitor withdraws,
a registration is cancelled due to non-payment.
If a competitor from the waiting list is added to the start list, they will be notified by e-mail and invited to pay the entry fee.
The organizer reserves the right to close registration early once capacity has been reached.
The match is based on ICFRA F-Class Rules.
The organizational conditions of the match are governed by these Match Conditions.
The organizer reserves the right to exclude any participant who violates range safety regulations or instructions issued by the Range Officers.
The organizer reserves the right to modify the Match Conditions, schedule, or course of the match for safety, technical, organizational, or weather-related reasons.
In the event of extraordinary organizational, technical, or safety circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to modify the match format while maintaining sporting fairness and competitor safety.
Decisions made by the organizer regarding organization and safety are final.

The entry fee includes:
participation on both competition days,
two scoring relays at 800 m,
two scoring relays at 1000 m,
coffee and tea throughout the event,
one hot meal per person per day.
Unpaid registrations may be cancelled and offered to competitors on the waiting list.
Accommodation is arranged and paid for individually by each competitor.
